Replacement / Refurbishment Work

Public

If you are a member of the public, KCC Ltd can provide guidance on;

• Choosing the right contractors.
• Ensure that the price is fair.
• Conflict resolution when things have started to go wrong or when customer-contractor relationships are failing.

Contractors

KCC Ltd provides surveying and estimating services to contractors. Having a good working knowledge of many network pricing schedules such as; Davies/Eastwell estimating, Mitie, MA Assistance, and Exactimate, means that KCC Ltd is experienced within this field.

Other network pricing schedules would not be a problem as the fundamentals are the same, and have personally taught many surveyors how to use computerised estimating systems. KCC Ltd is fully conversant with photographing the loss and commenting on causation.

Contract management is available for small to medium size contracts between £20k - £200k, and will be happy to provide a price based on the level of contract management a contractor would require.

As with customers, contractors can be provided with conflict resolution services when you need an independent view on given situations. KCC Ltd also provides independent auditing services to contractors. This supports more clients' requirements for contractors to show independent auditing of jobs.
